** The exam prep class fee is $65.00. This is a separate 4-hour intensive review class that is highly recommended, but optional. This class is scheduled upon class demand and attendance is open to all students. Please be sure your schedule will accommodate this class. A refund will be issued only if the student cancels at least 48 hours prior to the exam prep class.
More About the Course
This course is approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to fulfill the classroom prerequisite for taking the real estate examination for salespersons. It has been designed for individuals planning a career in real estate.
The course material includes: textbook, quizzes, and various handouts which have been designed to prepare you for the state examination. The final exam will be administered upon the student’s completion of all requirements.
SCHEDULE: A student may start at any time and has up to three months to complete a thirty-hour or sixty-hour course. It is not necessary to begin on Class #1. However, all required classes must be completed prior to taking the final examination.
PRE-REGISTRATION: Full payment is required. Pay by charge card or money order only, payable to Foster Real Estate School. No checks or cash please. Payment must be received to issue class textbook and materials. Only by pre-registration are you guaranteed a seat in your selected class.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: FOSTER REAL ESTATE SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON COLLEGE CLOSINGS. A day class will be canceled when the community colleges in that county are closed. However, when the colleges have a delayed opening Foster Real Estate School WILL OPEN ON TIME. For evening classes call the Training Center before 5:00 p.m.

ENROLLMENT POLICY: While there are no age requirements for entrance into the Foster Real Estate School, the Commonwealth requires a prospective licensee be at least 18 years of age to activate their real estate license. Students may enroll and begin class at any time, except on review and final exam dates. Classes will be closed when full. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. Walk-ins are permitted on a space-available basis.
